Shipping

Every item is printed to order, so there are two stages: production, then shipping.

Production and delivery times

Production time depends on the product and how busy we are. Shipping time depends on where you live and the carrier. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email, so you can see it before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We ship to Canada and to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you order.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Holiday orders

Order early for the holiday season. Production and shipping can take longer during busy periods, so check the estimated delivery date at checkout before you buy a gift.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped. Contact us right away at esbahmajoka@gmail.com if you notice a mistake.
