Where a product page offers personalization, add your text or artwork there and check the preview before you order. If you need help or have a special request, contact us.

How long will my order take?

Every item is printed to order. Production and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details, including duties and taxes on international orders.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, we'll make it right. See our refund policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible.

Which size should I choose?

Check the size information on the product page before ordering, since we can't accept returns for size.
